Solid gear, slow support

I ordered a new fitness wireless headset microphone and a wall mount speaker for my cycling studio. The ordering process was straightforward online. The equipment arrived well-packaged and the quality of the headset and speaker was very good, much better than my old setup. Installation was mostly simple. I did have a question about wiring the speaker, and it took a full two days to hear back from support. Once I did, the advice was helpful, but the delay was a bit annoying. Overall, the products are excellent and work reliably, just wish the support response was faster.

Love my new headset!

I finally upgraded to a new sweat resistant headset, and I absolutely love it! The sound is so clear, and it stays put even during my most intense spin classes. Ordering was super easy and it arrived quicker than I expected. I just wish the user manual was a bit clearer, but I figured it out. I'm so happy with this purchase!

Mic belt worked well

Needed a neoprene mic belt. Ordered it. It arrived quickly. It fits. Works as expected.

Reliable gear, consistent service

This was my third purchase from AV Now, this time for a new wireless mic transmitter. I've always found their fitness wireless headset microphones to be really durable for my high-energy classes. The ordering experience was just as smooth as my previous orders, and shipping was fast, reaching me in 4 days this time. Their gear consistently performs well, which is why I keep coming back. Only minor thing is their site can be a bit slow during peak hours.

Speakers arrived fast

Needed new yoga studio speakers. Ordered them and they came quickly. Sound is clear. No issues. Website was a little clunky on my phone.

Good system, slow support follow-up

I ordered a Group Fitness Sound System for my studio. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, and it shipped out in about 3 days. It took 6 days to reach my studio in Colorado, which was within their estimated time. The system itself arrived well-packaged. I had a question about connecting the Bluetooth audio receiver, and while the initial response from support was quick, getting a follow-up answer took a couple of days. Everything works great now, the sound quality is excellent for classes, and the sweat resistant headset is holding up well.

Decent value on sale

I was looking for a new portable PA system and caught one during their seasonal equipment sale. The discount was about 10% off, which made the price point much more appealing. Shipping was free, which definitely added to the savings. I did notice after I bought it that another site had a slightly better deal on a similar model, but overall, I felt I got a solid deal for the quality. It's a good system for my outdoor classes, although the battery life isn't quite as long as advertised.

Good value for a new system

I was setting up a new studio and needed a portable sound system without spending a fortune. I checked out AV Now after seeing their facility upgrade special. The bundle savings were pretty good, and I got a decent system for less than I expected. Shipping was quick too, took about 5 days to reach me. Felt like a solid investment for the price I paid.
